A direct client verifies their identity and authority, then submits a project for review.

The provider delivers work or submits manual time within agreed weekly limits. The client reviews it before any billing.

Report suspicious listings, delivery concerns or payment solicitation. Human reviewers examine relevant context, record reasons, and allow independent appeals. Keywords, reports and AI signals never automatically ban accounts.
Off-platform payment solicitation is prohibited. Contextual review reduces risk without monitoring unrelated communications or promising guaranteed prevention.
